"This is the biggest conference and trade show we have ever organised"

Monday 5th June saw the opening reception for Hort Connections 2023 at the Adelaide Convention centre, the event will run until 7th of June.

Delegates enter the trade show floor

On Monday morning delegates had the option to take part in a retail tour or one of two farm tours. On Tuesday and Wednesday there will be two full days of the trade show as well as a full and varied speaker program.

Networking

Hort Connections is run jointly by AusVeg and the IFPA, they have been organising the show together since 1917.

"This is the biggest conference and trade show we have ever organised, we have over 3200 attendees and anticipate many more registrations in the coming days. At the moment almost 900 attendees are growers," said Tim Withers from AusVeg.

"This year have fully enclosed presentation areas within the tradeshow and more networking areas."

The trade show has over 200 stands, with many co-exhibitors and over 50 speakers will give presentations over the next two days.
