A robot that interacts, delivers products and smiles? That is what FreshPlaza witnessed at TuttoFood 2023. Its name is Bellabot and it was developed by iServe.

BellaBot boasts superior man-robot interaction abilities. Characterized by an innovative bionic design language, sympathetic modelling, multimodal interaction and many other new functions, this robot provides users with an unprecedented food delivery experience.

Anthony Grech, chief technology officer at iServe, added that "supermarkets can find many ways of using our robots. KettyBot, for example, can be used for promotions by setting up ads to appear on the LED screens and showing the products on the shelves. The purpose is to stop clients and lead them to make a purchase. We know fully well how impulse buys easily occur in these cases."
The compact size and C-sized forward-tilted body help KettyBot deal with clear spaces of only 55 cm, making it ideal for complex and crowded environments.
