Bilateral agricultural trade between the US and South Africa reached record value of nearly $1 billion in 2022

The South African Agricultural Economic Fact Sheet has been updated to include calendar year 2022. Bilateral agricultural trade between the United States and South Africa reached a record value of nearly $1 billion in 2022.

Major agricultural products traded between the two countries include fresh fruit, tree nuts, animal feed, poultry meat, dairy products, processed fruit and vegetables and wine.
