The packhouse opens with immediate plans to expand capacity beyond its current amplitude. It has added five additional stainless steel hot water tanks to the existing 11 and increased packing lines from 10 to 12 with two fully dedicated certified organic lines for the full-time packing of Crespo Organic 4KG boxes and another dedicated to specialty SKUs. It also has an additional washing line and increased square footage for a total of 155,000F² packing space. The current capacity is more than a million pounds of mangoes per day or about 16-18 truckloads.

This solar-powered facility is opening in time to help the company move into the regions of Nayarit and Sinaloa. The packhouse starts packing Crespo Organic Atualfos in all sizes this week.
