The Daabon Group, a Colombian company with a presence on four continents, celebrates obtaining the Fairtrade FLO seal, granted to its subsidiary CI La Samaria, in recognition of compliance with labor and socially responsible practices, benefiting workers, neighboring communities and the department of Magdalena in general.
This type of certification is granted by FLOCERT, the world certification body for Fairtrade and audits both the policies and procedures of the corporate departments directly in charge of relations with workers and the Fundación Trabajadores de las Bananeras – FLOTRABAN.
