The Egyptian exporter Wadi El Nile, which markets its products under the brand names "Wadi ElNile", "Vida", "Al Shahid" and "Mando", continues to serve the Russian market without interruption.
The company offers a wide range of products: a dozen varieties and shapes of olives, artichokes, cucumbers, peppers, and strawberry solutions. Wadi Al Nile offers its products in retail packaging, in cans or pouches. Mr. Mohamed Galal, sales manager for the Russian market and CIS countries, explains "we offer high-end products in many shapes: whole, pitted, sliced, marinated, and other forms ready for the final consumption".
Mr. Mohamed Galal says he is very satisfied with the volumes and quality of products this season. "Whether in terms of quality or quantity, the season has been very favorable thanks to good weather. The quality of Egyptian products is well known, we offer the purest olives and pickles in the world, which are hand-picked and processed without the use of any artificial additives or preservatives."
The company has been in the market since 2007 and has customers worldwide, including the European Union, the United States, Brazil, and Russia. Mr. Mohamed Galal said, "We do business all over the world. We have several certifications adapted to the export standards of the most important destinations: Global GAP, BRC food, FDA, Sedex/Smeta, Kosher, and Halal."
