Fruit Graders

Global availability of new and used grading and sorting tech

Not all countries and not all companies can afford new technology for grading and sorting fruit and vegetables. But Fruit Graders provides opportunities thanks to used and refurbished equipment.

"We collect used processing equipment from all over the world," explains sales representative Leonardo Bigoni. "We dismantle it, regenerate it, test it, and put it back on the market at a much lower price than the new equipment. Over the past few years, this market has grown a lot, and it is also a sustainable choice to not throw away a 10-15-year-old system, but rather to extend its life."

Fruit Graders' headquarters in Spain

Fruit Graders acquires plants of all types and brands, then overhauls them to make them guaranteed used machines. "Of course, you can't expect to have the latest in technology with a lot of artificial intelligence, but it is solid equipment, fixed and able to work for many years. This is also because we do make choices so that we only have equipment of a certain quality."

Fruit Graders finds buyers not only in the emerging markets, but also in Italy and Europe. "Abroad, we have sold a lot of exotic fruit processing equipment to countries such as Tanzania, Kenya, and the Ivory Coast, not forgetting Morocco, Egypt, and Greece. But, I repeat myself, our market is global in terms of both collection and sales."

New Fruit Graders system

In 2025, Fruit Granders also started making its own filling robot with a camera system. "The market was asking for it, so we have started producing it again. Among other things, we also have our own line for processing dates, which is innovative and low-cost, and revolutionises efficiency for producers and packers. Guests can visit our stand at Macfrut and find out all the details."

Fruit Graders will be present at Macfrut in Hall B1, stand 189.
