MIDAGRI says the price of lemons in Peru will drop in October

One of the issues affecting Peruvians in recent months is rising prices. However, lemon prices are down from last week. Last Saturday, at the famous wholesale market in Lima, the value of a bag was S/9.761 per kilogram and the value of a box was S/9.78. Three days ago, they were S/9.94 and S/10.11 respectively.

Likewise, the Central Reserve Bank of Peru (BCRP) said in its latest report that the price of lemons will reach its limit in September and decline in October. This decline will be gradual, as prices will reach S/9.40 in November and S/6.58 in December.
