The Belgian company Calsa has announced that from May 19, 20203, it will join forces with Vervaeke NV and Vervatrans NV.
"This partnership means we can keep building a strong export group. We heartily welcome Vervaeke's employees, customers, and suppliers to our group," Calsa reported via LinkedIn.
All of Calsa's administrative activities will continue, and Christian and Bart van Vervaeke will remain their clients' point of contact.
