We grow several tomato varieties, the main product of our company, but we also supply eggplants, courgettes, peppers and cucumbers. Gli Assoluti is a brand that includes all high-end tomatoes, both loose and on the vine, as well as premium eggplants, peppers and courgettes. This brand is aimed at the high-end market, and the company's website dedicates a full page to these products. Tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, courgettes, cucumbers and grapes are marketed under the I Tradizionali brand, targeting traditional sales channels.

"Our members are spread across the southeast coast of Sicily, especially in the coastal area specialized in fruit and vegetable production. Most farms are located in Vittoria, Acate, Comiso, Santa Croce Camerina, Ragusa, Niscemi, Gela, and Scicli. The total area covers about 1,500 hectares. The typical sandy soil, mild maritime climate and brackish irrigation water allow us to grow vegetables with a unique flavor."
"The quality we often talk about when describing our products is not an abstract concept, but follows precise standards such as GlobalGAP and IFS certification and other protocols to meet the growing needs of food safety, respect for the environment, traceability and last but not least, our conscience," concluded Albani.
