International business meetings with buyers of large-scale retailers – Bergamo, Italy

Business meetings between fresh fruit and vegetable buyers of large-scale international retailers and production companies will take place on the 26th of January 2023 in Bergamo (North of Italy).

The aim is to help establish direct relationships between retailers and producers and create a new opportunity to meet and talk one-on-one.

This is the fourth edition of B2B Meetings and the first one located in Italy to involve large-scale Italian retailers and create a new opportunity for foreign and Italian growing companies.

PROGRAMME – Thursday 26th of January

  • 08:00 Registration
  • 09:00 Welcome speech and Official opening
  • 09:10 – 13:00 B2B meetings with Buyers
  • 13:00 – 14:00 Business lunch for all the participants: both Buyers and Producers
  • 14:10 – 17:00 B2B meetings with Buyers
  • 17:00 Closing & Cocktail Dinner Party

In the previous editions, companies such as the following participated: Roverg Fruit B.V (Olanda), REO Veiling (Belgium), Moyca Grapes S.L. (Spain), Ortofrutta Castelo (Italy) or large-scale Retailers like Carrefour, Auchan, Spar and other national chains like Dino or Biedronka (Poland).

Both buyers and production companies have been satisfied. They appreciated the possibility of having more meetings in one location, and agreements made during the event have turned into sales.

Moreover, buyers from Italian import companies and foreign wholesalers specializing in import and distribution will be present, which is important for companies that produce more specific products that are sold in smaller quantities or need support on national markets in direct distribution to large-scale retailer platforms or supermarkets.

How to participate:
Participation of growers and production companies in the event is subject to payment of a registration fee. In order to receive an offer, send an email to:
