New Leadership Vision Masterclass series introduced

Many leaders get stuck in the day-to-day chaos of putting out fires. From this position, they may fail to develop a vision for how they want to show up as a leader. This lack of intention can lead to low-performing, unmotivated, conflict-laden teams who lack a clear strategic direction. In short, a lack of leadership vision leads to poor results.

That’s why Wendy McManus, CEO and founder of Connect 2 Potential, is hosting a series of Leadership Vision Masterclass sessions. These free one-hour events will help leaders at all levels harness the power of intention and move toward their best leadership outcomes in 2023.

“Most of us have witnessed great leadership and not-so-great leadership in our careers,” said McManus. “By reflecting on those experiences and harvesting the lessons, we can craft our own vision for leadership.”

According to McManus, having a leadership vision is like having a north star that pulls one forward to become the best leader one can be.

“We won’t stop at insight and intention,” said McManus. “The Leadership Vision Masterclass includes a proven process for drafting an action plan and making commitments to ensure the vision becomes reality. We’re also going to do it all in under an hour!”

Participants can choose from one of three dates for the Leadership Vision Masterclass:

  • Thursday, January 12th at 2 pm EST/11 am PST
  • Friday, January 13th at 2 pm EST/11 am PST
  • Wednesday, January 18th at 2 pm EST/11 am PST

Those from the produce industry and beyond are encouraged to participate in one of these interactive sessions and launch their best year of leadership yet. Learn more and register here for the Leadership Vision Masterclass from Connect 2 Potential.
