That’s why Wendy McManus, CEO and founder of Connect 2 Potential, is hosting a series of Leadership Vision Masterclass sessions. These free one-hour events will help leaders at all levels harness the power of intention and move toward their best leadership outcomes in 2023.
“Most of us have witnessed great leadership and not-so-great leadership in our careers,” said McManus. “By reflecting on those experiences and harvesting the lessons, we can craft our own vision for leadership.”
According to McManus, having a leadership vision is like having a north star that pulls one forward to become the best leader one can be.

Participants can choose from one of three dates for the Leadership Vision Masterclass:

- Friday, January 13th at 2 pm EST/11 am PST
- Wednesday, January 18th at 2 pm EST/11 am PST
