Women's Longbow World Champion becomes the face of Seipasa

Women's Longbox World Champion Encarna Garrido has become the face of Seipasa. The Spanish company, specialised in the development, formulation and manufacture of natural treatments for agriculture, is using Garrido's image for the launch of Pirecris, a new natural insecticide that Seipasa has just launched in Spain.

Encarna Garrido has been active for almost 20 years and has had a brilliant career, with many titles won. She has been world champion (3D mode) 6 times consecutively and also 4 times European champion (3D mode), also consecutively. Moreover, she is a 37-time Spanish champion in different modalities, which makes her the most outstanding Longbow specialist in the country and one of the greatest worldwide.

Pedro Peleato, CEO of Seipasa, has highlighted the effectiveness and precision of Encarna Garrido as her two greatest qualities that have inspired the Pirecris campaign. "Encarna is the person who best represents the essence of our product. Archery is the quintessential image of effectiveness. You must be able to hit the given target because, otherwise, you are out. Also, Encarna is used to competing in natural environments, which further reinforces that connection between the human being and nature.

"Encarna Garrido is a woman who stands out for her enormous ability to excel in sports. She is a leader in every sense of the word; a champion used to winning and to fighting in pursuit of her goals," said Peleato.

For her part, Encarna Garrido has said to be very satisfied with the final result of the campaign. "For me, it has been a pleasure to learn about Seipasa's professionalism and to become its advertising image. I think it was a magnificent idea to think of an archer as the new image for Pirecris, especially because efficiency and precision are two things we have in common," said the world champion.
