1.5 kg truffle achieves a new world record
Stuart is a member of the Australian association of truffle planters. The black truffle he discovered broke the world record. The previous Australian record holder weighed 1.172 kg but a black truffle found in France and which held the world record with a weight of 1.277 kg is no match for Stuart's giant fungus.
