Successful opening of new Berlin wholesale market
With an opening party and a successful first day the new Hamberger wholesale market in Berlin has opened its doors. The first reactions of the customers were very positive according to the company. And the number of visitors on the first day was also satisfactory. By investing in the new store at the Erna-Samuel-Straße in Moabit, a part of central Berlin, the Munich-based company focuses on Berlin and sees great potential for the future.
The new Hamberger wholesale market offers its customers the experience of "One-Stop-Shopping." In the 200 meter long hall the culinary customers can not only find fresh produce but also pots and pans, napkins, candles and cleaning articles.
A large celebratory event took place the evening before the grand opening. Under the heading: "Night at the market - dinner and party" around 500 guests from the culinary sector in Berlin were invited. The evening was opened by the management of the wholesale market, the Hamberger family and Thomas Lengfelder General Manager of the Hotel and Restaurant Association Berlin (DEHOGA Berlin).
