Egyptian season starts at Holland Overseas
The Egyptian fruit and vegetable exporter, Egypt Overseas has set up a Dutch sales office at ABC Westland in Poeldijk, Holland called Overseas. From this location Ibrahim Shebab will focus on the sale of Egyptian fruit and vegetables to customers in the Netherlands and elsewhere in Europe.
"The season of Egyptian strawberries and spring onions has just started and we also supply oranges, snow peas and green beans. Through our own production, we can control the whole chain," says Ibrahim. He would like to get in contact with potential customers in the wholesale or retail channels. Fixed prices for the winter period are among the possibilities.
