Shareholders of the Danish transport company group Thermo-Transit have signed an investment agreement with one of the leading European transport company groups operating under the brand name of Girteka Logistics. Agreement includes the purchase of 40% of the share-capital of Thermo-Transit.
Thermo-Transit Denmark A/S is a strong player in the European thermo regulated transport market and has more than 400 Trucks and trailers operating all over Europe. Thermo-Transit Denmark A/S was established in 1987 and has had a significant growth during its almost 30 years in operation.
“This investment is part of our long-term strategy and will help us to accelerate our growth, strengthen the Thermo-Transit brand in the market. Our ambition is to continue being a leading brand, to provide the highest quality standards and to introduce new value adding transport services. With the new investor we are confident that such goals will be reached even sooner," comments Jesper Hansen, CEO of Thermo-Transit Danmark A/S.
