No pressure on the potato trade

The range of ware potatoes is complete at the moment. Only the variety Quarta still extends the range. The supply was plenty but was offered in balance with the demand. During calm but good sales the prices stabilized at the current level.

The differentiation in the prices remained; they were based on the different sizes and the origin. If there was a high demand traders tried to increase the prices of the products. This only succeeded with the varieties Annabelle and Linda. Sometimes the market had to cope with a surplus. In these cases a price reduction should increase the sales and thus prevent pressure caused by the surplus.
