Switzerland: Less fruit harvested

This year's fruit harvests did not turn out as lush as last year. The reason for this was the hot and dry summer, which partially impeded fruit growth.



Nevertheless, the Schweizer Obstverband is satisfied: the quantities are said to be over the long-standing average, and the black-spotted drosophila have caused less damage.
