Aldi was the biggest recipient of the BAPL apples in the UK - February of this year

With approximately 4,000 tonnes of British apples sold by BAPL growers in February of this year, Aldi was again the biggest recipient of the fruit in the UK. The chain was followed by Tesco, Sainsburys and Lidl.

Here’s the same monthly data presented as a percentage of all British apples sold, by supermarkets (green line). The red line is a comparison data point of the grocery market share for that supermarket.
