PANDA goes to Busan with new direct call

MSC has announced an expansion of the PANDA service with a new direct call at Busan, offering customers in Australia a reliable and direct access to/from the South Korean market. This upgrade will also provide improved transhipment options to Japan, on top of enhanced connections and transit times from New Zealand, New Caledonia and Fiji to South Korea and Japan via Sydney and Brisbane hubs.

The full rotation will be as follows: Busan – Qingdao – Shanghai – Ningbo – Hong Kong – Yantian – Brisbane – Melbourne – Sydney – Busan.

The first sailing northbound will be on MSC BREMEN, which is due to depart Sydney on 23 March on voyage KQ310R and is expected to arrive at Busan on 8 April. The proforma transit times are Sydney to Busan in 16 days, Melbourne to Busan in 20 days and Brisbane to Busan in 24 days.
