Canadian trucker charged for importing 43 kg of cocaine in banana shipment

A truck driver from Calgary, Canada, has been arrested after 43 kg of cocaine was found in a shipment of bananas at the US-Canada border.

The truck crossed the Couts border crossing into Southern Alberta  from the US. The Canada Border Services Agency officers conducted a secondary examination of the truck, where they found the concealed drugs in the banana shipment.
