The MAF RODA Group arrives with great news at this edition of Fruit Attraction. "MAF RODA Agrobotic consolidated in the sector thanks to its automatic calibration systems and has become the benchmark in complete industrial automation of fruit and vegetable plants. Its value proposition focuses on offering customized technological solutions for its customers, complete turnkey projects ranging from depalletizing, treatment systems, classification by external and internal quality, processing, to palletizing and final strapping."
This multinational industrial engineering company continues to bet on investment in R&D on a constant basis and will present its innovations at Fruit Attraction.
“This year we are presenting three great innovations in automation, robotics, and quality classification that represent a great qualitative leap in our catalog of technological solutions,” stated Christophe Blanc, CEO of MAF RODA Group. “First and foremost, we have developed a new version of the Globalscan 7 quality analysis software with the aim of making day-to-day work easier for our customers. This new software will allow operators to adjust the line much faster and more intuitively. The customer is much more autonomous in this process, improving his efficiency and productivity. At the fair, customers will be able to see this new functionality in its Beta version."
Another important pillar within the group is its entire range of automatic packaging machinery that covers everything from bulk filling to the fitting and filling of small format packages. "Another great novelty is the Fast Pack automatic packing robot for peach and nectarine. Packing robots are a breakthrough in the automation of fruit packing operations. They are especially relevant for different products, such as apples, with which we have been working for several years. We are now expanding to peaches and nectarines."
The complete automation of the warehouses is now possible with the management of the transfer of boxes and pallets through AGV, which MAF RODA will also exhibit at its stand in Fruit Attraction. "These autonomous vehicles are specially designed for fruit and vegetable plants, so they provide solutions to the specific needs of the sector," stated Christophe Blanc.
"Fruit Attraction has always been a great platform to get to know the sector's trends, meet with existing customers, and meet potential customers. It's the perfect setting to personally see how our technology works and the latest innovations from the company. I invite you to come and visit us in Hall 10 Stand 10D11.”
