Making sure a peeling machine does exactly what you want it to do is important. According to Rune Särs, export manager for peeling machine manufacturer Forsfood, the company goes the extra mile to ensure various products are tested for their peeling machines: “We are happy to carry out tests with the customer, using their own product, to ensure that our peeling machine will be the best solution for them and their product. We do tests at customers’ facilities or at our own small test laboratory. During the upcoming summer and fall, tests are carried out at customers' factories both in Finland and in Central Europe. We‘re more than happy to offer the possibility to have our customers come and monitor tests in our facilities, where several tests are carried out. But it is also a possibility to run tests at their own factory.”
Forsfood's CEO Mr. Linfors states that Forsfood prides itself on continuing support and assistance long after the machine has been installed at the customer. “The launch and commissioning of the machine does not mean that our cooperation with the customer ends there. Together, we will find out how the machine works and is received, and we will further develop it on the basis of the feedback our clients give us. We do not simply disappear once delivery has been made, but continue to support and assist the customer at all stages after commissioning and during the life cycle of the device. Quality is paramount in food, which is why we also carry out tests with our own products in cooperation with the customer, to ensure that the device is doing exactly what we are looking for and that the customer is fully satisfied with the quality.”
Forsfood`s peeling machines are available in three different capacity class and with three different peeling applications. “All our machines are suitable for various different root vegetables, especially peeling big products is within our specialized know-how. Our sales team is happy to help you with any questions that you have!” Särs concludes.
