Chou'time, the app that makes you want to eat cauliflower

The vegetable producers' organization Prince de Bretagne, which brings together six cooperatives from the North Brittany coast, has launched a fun application called Chou'time. This is a first in the industry.

The purpose of this application is to make this vegetable fashionable again for 25-40 year-olds, and show that it is perfectly adapted to the gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian trends.

It is the start-up Gamabilis who has developed an application available for free on iOS and Android. The game puts users in the shoes of a producer and run a farm. A very simplified kind of "farming" that allows you to get to know more about cauliflower and the farming practices of the producer organization.

In a second part, players have to mix ingredients and techniques to unlock original recipes, that are very different from the traditional “gratin”.

The application Chou'time should help introduce cauliflower into one household out of two who never consume, a potential market of 15 million homes.
