China Easter established a global fresh produce and agricultural product express supply chain platform--"China Easter Airlines Direct Delivery from Production Areas" 5 years ago. The distribution expanded from two chartered flights with imported fresh produce in 2013 to more than 200 chartered planes this year. This steady development places China Easter in a firm first position as a global fresh produce carrier.
Data shows that China Easter carried out close to 100 chartered flights for fresh produce distribution in 2017. The overall import volume of fresh produce agricultural products reached 10 thousand tons. The product value was close to 1 billion yuan [150 million USD]. China Easter set a new record in 2018 with more than 200 chartered flights. The overall import volume reached nearly 20 thousand tons. China Easter already covers the distribution of more than 60% of such fresh produce as cherries and salmon.
