Before the start of the Business Sessions, a seminar with the theme ‘Sustainability in the field of Natural Ingredients and Super foods’ will take place. The seminar is opened by Franc van den Berg, from Ernst & Young. This will be followed by an inspiring panel debate led by Meine van der Graaf from MVO Nederland, and a workshop ‘How to build a story on nutritional and health effects of ancient/new food products’ by Wageningen University & Research, led by Ria Hulsman.
After the discussion and reflection, it will be time to enjoy a tasty Peruvian buffet, after which the Business Sessions can really start. For entrepreneurs, the day is closed by a Pisco get-together, during which there is plenty of opportunity to network with professionals from the business world and from the government, but also from the social sector.
