However, many small manufacturers are trying to delay the sale of products, waiting for higher prices, which could lead them to unexpected losses.

The price depends on supply and demand, and if vegetables and potatoes are haversted mostly in October, the products supply grows. And if demand grows significantly less, then the price goes down but not vice versa.
