France: Prince de Bretagne offers ‘forgotten’ vegetables

French producer Prince de Bretagne will market two different boxes of vegetables from the past. The boxes, of 1.5 kg each, will complement the producer’s existing assortment of over 15 varieties.

The first box will be called "découverte" and offer carrots in various colours, black radish, turnip and Jerusalem artichoke. The other box, "chic", consists of Japanese woundwort, helianthi, vitelotte and yellow potato tuber.
