Dutch Jupiter Group Europe follows British parent company into bankruptcy

Following its British parent company, the Jupiter Group Europe in the Netherlands, was declared bankrupt on September 13. Mr. J. Kloots has been appointed as trustee.

In 2019, the Jupiter Group Europe acquired Cool Fresh International, including its logistics arm Saphir and Spain-based AgroMarketing Cool Fresh. Its warehouse operations had already been sold.

The goal was to integrate this company's business activities into Jupiter's new European hub to access continental Europe. However, many employees left and found positions with other companies or started their own businesses, leaving a skeleton team.
