The third edition of the Xtrema Fruit National Stone Fruit Forum will be held on December 15, 2022, in person at Don Benito's Feval Auditorium (Extremadura). The event will have morning and afternoon sessions, and it will be broadcast online through the Agromunity.com platform, with more than 12,000 registered agricultural professionals.
This is the first face-to-face edition of the Forum after the end of the pandemic's restrictions. The event was held for the first time in 2018 and was assisted by more than 500 professionals. Its second edition took place entirely online in 2020 due to the pandemic, and it was followed live by an average audience of 700 professionals.
The Forum is organized by Agromarketing Spain with the collaboration of leading institutions, such as the Association of Fruit Growers of Extremadura (Afruex) and the Center for Scientific and Technological Research of Extremadura (Cicytex)
The technical program of the presentations will present the latest advances and innovations in the Spanish stone fruit sector's varieties, plant health, post-harvest, precision agriculture, and fertigation, with special emphasis on products that are important in Extremadura, such as almonds, plums, peaches, cherries, apricots, and nectarines.
The attendees will also be able to participate in different networking meetings that will be organized during the day.
