China's imports of fresh apples in July increased by about 60% year-on-year

In July 2022, China exported 44,000 tons of fresh apples with an export value of US$62 million and an average unit price of US$1,396.77 per ton. Year-on-year (July 2021): The export volume decreased by 27.15%, the export value decreased by 25.25%, and the average unit price increased by 2.62%.

From January to July this year, the cumulative export volume was 405,900 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 19.39%; the export value was 524 million US dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 25.52%.

Imports in July
In July 2022, China imported 15,900 tons of fresh apples, a year-on-year increase of 61.87%; the import value was US$37,134,987, a year-on-year increase of 71.%; the average unit price was US$2,329.67/ton, a year-on-year increase of 5.84%.

From January to July this year, the cumulative import volume was 61,100 tons, a year-on-year increase of 26.56%; the cumulative import value was 138 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 37.06%.
