This is a trend that originated in 2021 and has been exacerbated by the energy and international crisis related to the war in Ukraine. Despite this, on a commercial level, exports are rewarding, even in times of crisis.
"Among the novelties concerning the ready-to-use product range, there is the development of new high-precision processing lines, which are more performing both for single-portion sachet packaging and for processed products offered in tubes. The change in daily rhythms and lifestyles is significantly modifying our relationship with food and, therefore, the demand for innovative products is growing, alongside the new emerging food trends," said Stefania Montali, marketing manageress and owner of Industrie Montali, in taking stock of the commercial situation in the first half of 2022.

Industrie Montali's flagship products are highly appreciated by international markets and, as of now, include ready-made sauces, pates and double tomato paste. New products include the Sauces Line and The new Chef Line. The Sauces Line is available in the flavors Agrodolce con Cipolla, Cocktail, Barbecue, and Ketchup, offered in the dual format of tube and single-serving sachet. Ketchup is the second most popular sauce in Russia after mayonnaise and is the top reference in the company's product range.
