"The necessary premise," said Matteo Zanarini owner of Zanarini Consulting, "that led me to the idea of a branch dedicated to business consulting in the fruit and vegetable sector is the experience accumulated in twenty years of work in this area. Years of experience that have allowed me to delve into every single aspect of this professional world, from production planning to logistical aspects, to more purely commercial ones."

The idea of professional support to entrepreneurs in a delicate historical moment after two years of pandemic, followed by a war that blew up the stability of prices, at a time of difficult retrieval even of raw materials, was welcomed by many entrepreneurs who asked to be assisted in planning every single aspect of the production and commercial cycle, with particular attention to the analytical and just-in-time management of profit and loss accounts. 

This is how the Zanarini Consulting division was created, which after Zanarini Agromarketing, is Zanarini Matteo's latest project.

"Small companies in particular often lack an in-house organization dedicated to the control and review of their operations. Our service is aimed precisely at them, at small or medium-sized businesses that are struck by profound change and feel disconnected, suddenly and inexplicably unable to understand the context, or to find their new direction," explained the owner.

"Adaptation becomes difficult, but as Leonardo da Vinci said, every future outlook must have its starting point before its arrival point.”

"We ask ourselves and our interlocutors basic questions, like what do we do, how we do it, in what way, with whom? Then we proceed by analyzing numbers, the work teams and their often complex dynamics, trying to optimize processes, strategies, tending toward new goals."

We share with each client's team the problems, as well as the profitability margin, while trying to identify spaces for improvement or evolution. We also pay close attention to the dynamics of our clients' target market, trying to interface them with their strategies to check their effectiveness or the need for correction. By selecting specialized personnel, analyzing accounts, processes, and sales, we stand by entrepreneurs with the intention of accompanying them in the development and continuous consolidation of business improvements."

Every company moves with economic and professional mechanisms that, if guided by a correct methodology, the so-called strategic direction, should bring profit from the investment of equity put into the company by the entrepreneur him/herself.
