Weighted avg prices for oranges in the EU at €70 per 100 kgs in June

The weighted average prices for oranges in the European Union have dropped a bit, from €77 per 100 kgs in May to €70 last June. This means it came out €6 below the 5-year average.

In Spain, the price came out at €53, no less that €26 below that same average. In Greece, the price stood at €61 per 100 kgs.

EU orange exports stood at at 410,000 tons in 2020/2021.

EU imports of oranges stood at approximately 860,000 tons in 2020/2021, while lemon imports came in at 410,000 tons.
