"The technological solutions for the automatic processing of cherry offered by Maf Roda are perfectly adapted to the most compact warehouses so that they can also benefit from the latest developments in post-harvest technology. Thus, family producers and small marketers have access to the technology used by large cherry marketers, which allows them to increase their productivity in an increasingly competitive market."

"The Cherryway IV Cherry Calibrator, launched last year and recently named Product of the Year, is a perfectly adaptable solution to the different warehouse sizes. It is a solution that stands out for its reliability and for offering an automated solution that allows optimizing the necessary personnel and process greater production volume in less time and at a lower cost," the company stated.

This cherry gauge is 100% integrated with the easy-to-maintain Maf Roda hydraulic reamer and with Cherryscan G7, an electronic system that is very easy to use for any person.

The new installation of Frutas El Livi, a compact fruit and vegetable center located in the Jerte Valley, is a good example of how this Maf Roda solution can be adapted to the different production volumes of each customer. A family-run producer and marketer who has opted for automation by installing a semi-automated line at its center. This job originally involved a lot of hand labor and now, with this new installation with Maf Roda technology, it has been automated almost completely, which has allowed Frutas El Livi to offer a more homogeneous and consistent quality product on the market.

"We chose Maf Roda's technology over other market options because of their system's reliability, precision, and because of their technical support and proximity service," stated Aurora Sanchez, the owner of Frutas EL LIVI.

"We are a family business, so having a professional team to support us throughout the development and implementation process of the project was key. More importantly, having technical support in the same region of the Jerte Valley gives us a sense of security that we'll have speedy support when we are immersed in the campaign. In that sense, Maf Roda offered us what we were looking for and we are very happy with the choice we made."
