Kashmir Divisional Commissioner of Kashmir, Pandurang K. Pole:

'Movement of fruits and vegetables to get priority on NH44'

Yesterday, the Divisional Commissioner of Kashmir, Pandurang K. Pole, held a meeting to facilitate problem-free movement of perishable and essential commodities laden vehicles on the NH44. The Commissioner said that the traffic police shall prioritize the movement of vehicles laden with fruit, vegetables and sacrificial animals.

Various associations were directed to coordinate with administration for diversion of loaded vehicles through the NH44 so that the trucks carrying essential and perishable products are given priority.
