Peach prices in the EU in week 24 were at €168 per 100 kg, down from €191 one week earlier. In Greece, they dropped to €134 per 100 kg, just a fraction away from the price one year earlier (€129).
Peach production in the EU came in at 2,372,000 tons in 2021. Nectarine production ended up an 975,000 tons.
