Tendernay, a wine infused with broccoli

The UK now sports the first ever Tenderstem wine-based tipple. It was dubbed Tendernay and is said to be the perfect infusion of Chardonnay with the distinctive notes of Tenderstem broccoli.

In fact, Tenderstem tries to marry the vineyard with the vegetable patch. The limited-edition tipple features hundreds of Tenderstem stalks, which have been infused with the award-winning grapes, and will be available for free for those looking to wine and dine their tastebuds.

Made by extracting the sweet and nutty flavors from Tenderstem, the resulting liquid has been balanced with the complexity of the 2019 Chardonnay from the coveted Lyme Bay Winery.
