The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (Mapa) has released a list of agricultural products that will have discount bonuses in June, via the Price Guarantee Program for Family Agriculture (PGPAF).
Producers receive bonuses when the value of their crop is lower than the reference price, allowing a discount on the payment or amortization of the installments of financing in Pronaf. The foods with discount bonuses in rural credit operations and installments are: açaí (cultivated fruit), banana, cultivated natural rubber, cultivated cocoa (almond), yam (yam) and cowpea. The yam, in Espírito Santo, was included in this month's list.
June's highlights are açaí (in Acre) with a bonus of 25.85%; banana ( in Alagoas) with 16.20% and cowpea with 15.80% (in Tocantins) and 15.07% (in Mato Grosso).
