Anaïs Ryterband attended MedFEL 2022 in order to present her company, Pandobac, which offers reusable containers to professionals of the fruit and vegetable sector. “In order to replace the single-use packaging used for transportation, we offer reusable plastic containers that are tracked and cleaned.”
Since the creation of Pandobac four years ago, more and more companies have been turning to this eco-responsible solution, which does more than reduce waste drastically. “The increasing constraints on single-use packaging and the soaring costs of raw materials push companies to turn to sustainable solutions like ours.”
The rental system also includes the logistics and cleaning of the containers. “Each container is tracked with a QR code. The producers scan their containers and then select a delivery point. With this QR code system, they know exactly where their containers are. We then organize the logistics with our clients to return the containers. As for the cleaning, we have a station in Rungis for our clients from the Ile-de-France region and an entire network of local partners throughout France.”
