Preserving fresh produce with high respiratory intensity

New module to better meet the needs of producers

For many years, JANNY MT has been the leader in the post-harvest field of modular storage under controlled atmosphere. Its storage modules consist of a full HDPE pallet box and a technical lid.

This lid, equipped with gas selective membranes, helps obtain the desired gas balance for a good preservation.

This balance is obtained naturally, without adding any chemicals or consuming additional energy. The process even reduces the energy consumption necessary for storage by reducing the respiration of the stored products.

The fruit and vegetables retain their quality and freshness.

The traditional module already helps preserve more than 40 fresh products (fruit, flowers, vegetables or mushrooms). This storage technology is suitable for the vast majority of fresh products. However, a new model was needed for the fresh produce with high respiratory intensity.

New module
JANNY MT has now developed the MT S 610 module, which opens the way to modular preservation in a controlled atmosphere for asparagus, mangos and green beans, for example. The particularity of this module is the high selective permeability of its new membrane. You will recognize it easily thanks to its bright green color.

“As a company with strong agricultural and environmental values, JANNY MT will accompany you in your storage projects.

It will present to it the latest fresh products for which it has made long conservation possible (strawberries, raspberries, garlic…).

JANNY MT will also present the connectivity it has developed to improve and secure long conservation.”
