From 20 to 22 March, Tavola took place in Kortrijk. More than 500 selected exhibitors could again show their best fresh and classic delicacies at Tavola this year. For the undersigned editor, there was therefore finally the opportunity again to make a photo reportage of the fresh produce and fresh produce-related companies that had a stand at Tavola.

The stand holders were not all equally satisfied with the attendance, but the overall mood was good. Compared to the pre-COVID fairs, visitors seemed to be a bit conservative in their attendance. The majority of the exhibitors, however, were happy that there was finally direct contact with the customers again to exhibit the assortment after the hectic years. This was apparent, as neither cost nor effort had been spared by the fresh produce-related companies in drawing attention to their stands. In addition, there was an abundance of tastings, which excited everyone present.
