Brokkomole: the new broccoli dip

Antonio Conesa and Juan Guillen have joined their forces to create the Brokkomole, a new way to consume broccoli.

Conesa is a renowned businessman from the Cartagena countryside who has more than 40 years of experience in the fruit and vegetable production sector. Juan Guillen is a 34-year-old entrepreneur and the founder of Gladiator Fruit Lovers. Together they produce and market more than 15,000 tons of broccoli per year.

"We have achieved an extraordinary product based on something as healthy as broccoli. Brokkomole is the perfect solution to have a healthy snack at any time of the day,” stated Guillen. In fact, Brokkomole Natural contains 95% broccoli, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon, making it a healthy bite and a way to reinvent the consumption of broccoli.

This product can be spread on toast, used as a dip, a cold sauce, or even as a hot sauce, as its 100% recyclable innovative packaging can be heated in a microwave.
