Taiwan applies zero customs tariffs to 25 kinds of import products from Honduras

The Taiwanese Ministry of Economic Affairs announced that laws based on the 2019 agreement between Taiwan and Honduras have now been finalized, which means that 25 kinds of agricultural import products from Honduras qualify for zero customs tariffs. The new regulations apply to avocados, as well as various meat and dairy products.

Taiwan and Honduras first signed a free trade agreement in 2007, and economic relations have deepened ever since.
