The 2021 fairs went well, and the feedback was positive. Expectations are therefore high for 2022, with the fairs in Berlin, Rimini and Madrid. The Italy-based company Top Control, which specializes in weighing systems, has met Italian and foreign customers at the fair. Founded in 1991 by Michael Saltuari, the company now employs more than 80 workers.

With the MHP 3000 combination scale, small packages can be filled manually with tomatoes and grapes with minimum waste and great time savings. The 24 weighing bins are loaded manually by an employee and are used for automatic weight optimization for the filled packages.
Thanks to two scales in the conveyor, the MHP 3000 can determine in real time which product or combination of products does not meet the target weight. The employee only needs to place the automatically ejected product into the package to reach the target weight. This step is necessary to ensure quality control.

The MHP 3000 is a flexible weighing system, which in addition to being complete incorporates the following modes of operation that include equalization on belt scales, combined weighing, and throughput.
The MHP 3000 provides a significant increase in efficiency in the packaging process. Any overweight of the package is reduced to less than 1%. Operators do not have to perform weight checks. The machine itself determines the most appropriate combination. This significantly reduces costs and increases profits.
In combination with the TopControl software, all weight data and personnel times are recorded and can be assessed with great flexibility.
