Monaghan to supply fresh locally grown mushrooms to COP26

As the demand for local produce continues to rise, Monaghan are proud to be supplying fresh locally grown mushrooms to the COP26 food service/catering event, being held in Glasgow.

The COP26 summit will bring parties together to accelerate action towards the goals of the Paris Agreement and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.

Being one of the largest mushroom producers in the world our team of over 3,000 people enable us to supply fresh local produce to the food service industry across the globe and whilst doing it in a sustainable way minimising our impact on the planet.

Grown from the earth, with nothing added and nothing wasted, each mushroom is packed full of health-boosting vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.  We are not just a mushroom company, we’re the source of so much more. We have built our business around this remarkable food source. It inspires us every day to find better ways to make health and nutrition a natural part of daily life.
