Yesterday was a first for the Dutch cooperative, ZON fruit & vegetables. They began with daily sweet potato auctions. They are supplied by Franc Goertz, who cultivates them locally in the Netherlands. They are available in 6kg of M and L sizes. These are packaged in blue EPS-T crates.
