The agri-food company Vicente Peris has launched in the market its 'Pineapple with Cooked Ham' pack, a new combination of selected fruit and fine delicatessen that is marketed under the Peris and Frutifresh brands. This product seeks to provide a complete and nutritionally balanced serving within the IV range offer. It offers the fiber and vitamins of the fruit and the proteins of the ham, in a low-calorie mix that has approximately 62 kcal per every 100 grams of the product.
La Selva is supplying Vicente Peris with the cooked ham. Both companies thus reinforce their collaboration, which began 2 years ago with the launch of the 'Melon with Serrano Ham' pack.
This new product includes 270 grams of premium quality pineapple of Costa Rican origin, cut into one-bite pieces, and a 30-gram cooked ham roll that is gluten-free and lactose-free. The packaging is 100% recyclable and made out of recycled RPET. It is designed so that both foods maintain their freshness until the moment of consumption.

Peris presented its 'Pineapple with Cooked Ham' with great success at the 23rd AECOC Congress of Fruits and Vegetables, and it will also be one of the products it will showcase at the next edition of Fruit Attraction, in Madrid.
