Bag in Box fillers and pulpers by EnoItalia

Enoitalia specializes in the manufacture of machinery for the bottling and filling of liquid foodstuffs and in the processing of fruits and vegetables (e.g. apples, pomegranates, prickly pears, apricots, cherries, peaches, plums, tomatoes, elderberries, olives, grapes, bell peppers, chili peppers). It boasts a distribution network in over 70 countries worldwide and its main markets are Europe, South America, the US, Australia and North Africa.

The company was established in the 1960s with the name OfficinaArno. At the time, it manufactured mechanical machines destined to the transport and processing of grapes (harvesters, destemmers, elevators). Over time, the company perfected its production thanks to innovations and patents and developed various solutions for the processing of fruit.

"In addition to its ingenuity, development and manufacture of electric pumps, fillers and transport systems helped turn an artisanal company into an industrial business that is constantly developing," reports the management.

Enoitalia is part of Enoitalia Group, a brand created thanks to the collaboration of three Italian companies specializing in complementary productions: Enoitalia srl for the production of machinery and systems, Enotoscana srl for the production of stainless steel tanks and Enobeer srl for the beer sector. They are all made up of young and dynamic teams that can provide effective products and solutions, continuous technical and commercial assistance and a stable and innovative business. The group also guarantees administrative and logistic services as well as optimized costs for solutions that are economically competitive.

The product categories produced by EnoItalia include Bag in Box fillers and pulpers.

Bag in Box fillers
"Automatic fillers are designed to be used with both belt and single bags. The filling cycle is completely automatic: the machine performs all opening, closing, vacuum, saturation with inert gas and filling operations. In addition, a special closing system keeps containers sealed during all filling operations, thus reducing oxidation and contamination of the filled product."

Special accessories enable the filling of sauces (e.g. pesto and tomato sauces) and spreads (e.g. hazelnut spread) as well as liquids. "It is also possible to use it with hot liquids up to 100°C, as is the case of model BB40."

Delta destoner/pulper
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, this machine separates the pulp from the pit while at the same time crushing the fruit, obtaining a final product suitable for fermentations, jams and fruit juices (multiple steps are needed). Click here for additional information.

"The possibility of installing sieves of various hole sizes (0.6 to 12 mm) means the machine can be used with different types of products, and especially cherries, plums, apricots, apples, pomegranates, prickly pears, tomatoes, aronia berries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, sea-buckthorn, olives (to make pâtés). There are also options to process mangos and tropical fruits."

Feedback from a client
"EnoItalia is different from other companies I have worked with. First of all, before I purchase a piece of machinery, they adapt it to my needs, as they did with the pulper I bought to make our fruit juices. We also work with a Bag in Box filler to make juices and apple vinegar," reports Vito Perta, co-owner of Apulian company MelaBacio together with his sister Rosanna.

"The company pampers its clients. Any criticism/need is held in great consideration, also for further developments. What is more, they ship any spare part or new machine within 24-48 hours without any logistic difficulty."
